Accure adds AI-powered automation and Conversion Factory 2.0 to Accure CloudSuite for Infor M3 — cutting legacy migration time from months to days

Accure AB today announces two major new capabilities for Accure CloudSuite for Infor M3 (ACS4M3), its cloud-native document execution platform for Infor M3 enterprise: Conversion Factory 2.0, launching April 2026, and a suite of AI-powered enhancements available now — together automating the most time-consuming steps in document migration and output management.

ACS4M3 has been in production since 2020, running for 50+ enterprise companies across 21 countries. Each ACS4M3 tenant is typically a major corporation operating multiple subsidiary companies under a single platform subscription. These additions mark the platform's most significant capability expansion to date.

Conversion Factory 2.0 — launching April 2026

Legacy document environments are a major blocker for Infor M3 customers moving to the cloud. StreamServe and OpenText templates, IDM configurations, and MRM reports built over years of customization represent thousands of hours of work — and historically, that work had to be rebuilt from scratch for every cloud migration.

Conversion Factory 2.0 changes that.

The tool automatically converts templates and configurations from:

• StreamServe / OpenText — the most widely deployed legacy output platform in the M3 ecosystem
• IDM (Infor Document Management) — document and content configurations
• MRM (M3 Report Manager) — report definitions migrated to MCR (M3 Cloud Report) format
• Automatic AXML mapping — AI reads incoming data files and ERP output streams and automatically maps fields to Accure's proprietary AXML format. AXML is the structured XML layer at the core of ACS4M3, carrying everything a document needs: data fields, language translations, layout instructions, page orientation, page size, output format, output type, page sets, headers, line definitions, and more. Mapping this manually has always been skilled, time-consuming work. AI does it automatically.
• AI-assisted template conversion — part of the CF2.0 engine; AI interprets legacy template logic and reconstructs it in ACS4M3 format with minimal manual intervention
• Document analysis and classification — AI classifies incoming document types, identifies structure, and routes output correctly without manual configuration

MRM is an Accure-developed solution sold OEM by Infor, with over 350 enterprise customers globally. Accure knows this template landscape from the inside — and built CF2.0 to migrate it automatically.

The integration adapter connecting ACS4M3 to Infor M3 CloudSuite is maintained by Infor's own engineering team.
