Ravema Is Reinventing Customer Service for Nordic Industry with IFS Cloud™
Ravema, a leading partner to Nordic industry, providing solutions across production, automation, service and aftermarket, chose Addovation to upgrade its IFS solution to IFS Cloud. At the same time, the company has signed Addovation's own long-term partner service Engage, a strategic move designed to make Ravema even better equipped to deliver forward-looking service and closer customer follow-up across the Nordics.
Building a stronger service platform
After years on an older IFS application, the company is moving to IFS Cloud to create a more flexible and future-ready platform.
Service is at the heart of the project. Together with Addovation, Ravema will redesign its service solution to strengthen customer follow-up and enable faster, more efficient service across the Nordics.
A Partner with Deep IFS Service Expertise
Ravema’s choice fell on Addovation because of the company’s strong expertise and focus on IFS’s service solution. Addovation has, over several years, built specialist expertise in this area and was the partner Ravema felt had the greatest confidence to succeed with a project of this scale.

With the upgrade to IFS Cloud and a redesign of the service solution, Ravema will be able to respond faster and improve their visibility across service and aftermarket activities. This will provide a lot more consistent customer follow-up across the Nordics.
Addovation Engage will support Ravema, beyond go-live, and with the continuous development and a structured approach they will turn new needs into improvements. The goal gives simplicity: more efficient service, greater predictability, and better experience for Ravema’s customers.
A Long-term Collaboration
Addovation plays a central role throughout the entire project, from technical upgrade to IFS Cloud to the redesign of the service module and the implementation of Engage. Addovation’s task is to contribute with their expertise and specialists within service, ensuring that the solution is tailored to Ravema’s needs and their future growth.
