Alta Badia awarded the Marchio Ospitalita Italiana

HOTELIER MIDDLE EAST: Located at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Italian restaurant Alta Badia has been awarded the Marchio Ospitalità Italiana for its authenticity and a true Italian dining experience. The accolade is presented by the Italian Government Tourist Board (ENIT) after thorough evaluation. ENIT evaluates a restaurant for a number of features, including the chef’s training and knowledge, the restaurant’s design and style, the use of Italian language on menus, Italian-speaking waiters, mise en place practices, origin of products and an Italian beverage list.
