Exclusive Diner En Blanc party to return to Dubai for a second year

ARABIAN BUSINESS: One of the world’s most exclusive dinner parties is set to return to Dubai this year, according to a report by Time Out Dubai. The Authentic Dîner en Blanc, aka White Dinner, is asking “handpicked chic guests” to save the date for the event, which is said to be taking place at the end of the year. Those who get invited can expect to attend a pop-up picnic dinner and won’t gain entry unless they follow the white dress code. So far the actual date and venue remain a secret. In 2014, the bash saw 700 guests in attendance, donning their best ivory ensembles. The first Dîner en Blanc kicked off in Paris over 25 years ago and almost 15,000 people turn up every year in the French capital. Now it takes place in many cities across five continents.
