Iris Dubai at Oberoi appoints new executive chef

HOTELIER MIDDLE EAST: Iris Dubai, the rooftop bar and restaurant at The Oberoi, Dubai, has started the year with the appointment of a new executive chef, Iman Saade. He is expected to spearhead a new raw bar menu and lead the culinary innovation and development at the F&B venue. Saade hails from a family of restaurateurs, who have been a part of the Asian culinary scene for over 20 years. In 2010, Saade enrolled at the L'Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, specialising in French cuisine. Upon graduation, he was offered the chance to work in Kyoto, Japan for six months at Kikunoi, a three-star Michelin restaurant.
