La Cantine du Faubourg to open in Emirates Towers

HOTELIER MIDDLE EAST: Parisian restaurant La Cantine du Faubourg — originally located at N°105 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris — is opening its first international venue in Dubai this spring at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The venue relies on five key principles: sound, music, image, art and food, with a gallery showcasing the work of photographers, painters, sculptors and multi-media artists. The restaurant includes a garden-terrace, a minimalistic bar, a pergola and salon-restaurant.
