Agama and Redge Technologies bring deeper video service insights through fast integration
Linköping, Sweden and Warsaw, Poland, September 8, 2026 – Agama, a specialist in video observability and analytics, today announced the successful integration of its Agama CDM solution with Redge Technologies. Completed within a few days, the integration brings detailed video service data into the Agama platform, giving the operator access to reporting and insights that help its teams understand service performance, identify issues and determine where action is needed.
Following delivery of the Agama SDK, Redge moved through the implementation, establishing the required integration and getting data flowing into the test systems at an early stage. Close communication between the Redge and Agama teams, together with relevant technical questions during the integration, helped keep the work straightforward and efficient.
“Redge demonstrated strong technical expertise throughout the integration,” said Johan Görsjö, Head of Product & Engineering , Agama. “They quickly understood what was needed, asked the right questions and had data flowing within just a few days. It was a very smooth collaboration and a good example of how an experienced integration team can quickly bring Agama’s data and insights into an operator environment.”
For the operator, the objective is to make better use of the extensive data available across its video service. Agama provides the reporting and analytics needed to understand what the data is showing, identify relevant changes or issues and support teams in determining where action is required.
“Visibility into playback quality and any issues as experienced by the end user - not just at the backend component level - is key to maintaining a consistently high service level. With a demanding period ahead following go-live, we're glad to have the Agama integration fully in place,” said Mateusz Zawiślak, Head of Delivery, Broadcast & Telco at Redge.
Agama CDM provides detailed insights from apps and end-user devices, enabling operators to understand video service performance and the experience of individual subscribers. Through Agama’s SDKs and plugins, telemetry from the video application and device is collected and processed in real time, providing visibility into service quality, playback behavior and device performance. Combined with the broader Agama Video Observability and Analytics platform, these insights help teams identify issues, understand their impact and make data-driven decisions.
