AI-powered insights and advanced analytics in new Agama release 10.0

Linköping, Sweden, September 9, 2024 Agama, the specialist in video observability & analytics for service quality and customer experience, announced today the launch of 10.0, the latest version of its Video Observability and Analytics platform.

Agama 10.0 brings substantial additions, including Product Analytics, Ad-Analytics, AI Augmentation and many more, allowing teams to work more effectively, shorten the time to fix and get more insights – ultimately safeguarding revenue. This release ensures service providers deliver consistent high-quality video service from the creation at the head-end to the end-user experience.

Key highlights in Agama 10.0:

  • Product Analytics add-on delivers powerful insights to help business, marketing, product, and engineering teams make data-driven decisions. Analyze billions of events and metrics to enable a deep understanding of user behavior, product performance and user experience.
  • Ad-Analytics is developed for ad operations teams, NOC/VOC, and product managers in mind. This feature ensures ad performance and revenue tracking, and if combined with Product Analytics add-on, it enables advanced troubleshooting and business analysis.
  • Agama AI Augmentation strategy introduces AI across the platform, creating targeted values for various use cases. For instance, it can be used to explain data in Product Analytics or Dashboards and offers chat-based assistance for manual support.

In addition to these core updates, version 10.0 introduces CDN routing integration for proactive decision-making when routing using video intelligence. The new thumbnail timelines feature in the Head-end and OTT Analyzers show snapshots over time, allowing for easy correlation between service quality and actual video. Usability improvements include an updated UI, enhanced correlation in timelines and per user device details, and more interactive dashboards and more.

These enhancements make the platform an even more compelling solution for consolidating multiple vendors and workflows into a single, comprehensive video observability platform — offering increased efficiency, full control, and reduced costs.
