POST Luxembourg selects Agama’s Monitoring and Analytics solution for its IPTV services

(Linköping, Sweden, November 09, 2021) – Agama Technologies, the specialist in video service quality and customer experience, today announces that POST Luxembourg has selected Agama’s Client Device Monitoring (CDM) and OTT Analyzer solution to expand its STB and OTT analytics capabilities for its IPTV services to maximize client experience.

POST Luxembourg, the largest provider of telecom services in Luxembourg, chose Agama's solution, offering enhanced real-time deep analysis on the head-end side before IPTV streaming goes into the network and origin service. Furthermore, Agama’s CDM will enable POST Luxembourg to get valuable information on service quality and device health.

The Agama OTT Head-End Analyzer provides real-time insights into the ABR stream integrity and encoding quality. The CDM solution provides detailed high-resolution, real-time information on video service quality and viewer experience. It also provides customer data specially designed for use in customer care applications.
