Med anledning av att AkzoNobel idag har sålt Permascand AB håller parterna i affären en gemensam presskonferens. Köparna är en ägargrupp med tre personer ur nuvarande företagsledning, investmentbolaget Mittkapital samt det statligt ägda riskkapitalbolaget Inlandsinnovation AB.
