    Areim has acquired four light industrial properties in Sollentuna Municipality, north of Stockholm, with approximately 20,000 sqm of lettable area.     Areim acquires the office asset Städet 9, also known as Grönstedtska Palatset, on Sankt Eriksgatan in Hagastaden, Stockholm.
