  • Areim tecknar hyresavtal med Hyper Island i Tidningskvarteren

    Areim och Hyper Island har undertecknat ett långsiktigt hyresavtal om cirka 1 700 kvadratmeter i Trängkåren 7 i Tidningskvarteren i Marieberg, Stockholm. Lokalerna kommer att anpassas inför Hyper Islands tillträde som sker i augusti och blir lärandeplattformens nya verksamhetslokaler i Stockholm.

    Areim and Hyper Island have signed a multiyear lease covering approximately 1,700 sqm of lettable area in Trängkåren 7 in Tidningskvarteren, Stockholm. The premises will be refurbished ahead of Hyper Island’s occupancy in August and will serve as the company’s new offices in Stockholm.

  • Areim divests development project in Uppsala, Sweden

    Areim has divested Boländerna 32:2 in Uppsala, Sweden, to Intea Fastigheter AB (publ). Acquired in 2020, the site currently offers 2,250 sqm of lettable area. Prior to the transaction, Areim signed a six-year lease with a Swedish government agency for approximately 6,600 sqm of lettable area, enabling Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) to continue the redevelopment.

    Areim har avyttrat Boländerna 32:2 i Uppsala till Intea Fastigheter AB (publ). Fastigheten förvärvades 2020 och har idag en uthyrningsbar area om 2 250 kvadratmeter. Inför transaktionen tecknade Areim ett sexårigt hyresavtal med en statlig myndighet omfattande cirka 6 600 kvadratmeter uthyrningsbar area vilket ger Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) möjlighet att fortsätta utveckla projektet.

    Areim och VGP har genom sitt 50:50 joint venture, SAGA, tecknat avtal om sitt tredje förvärv. Transaktionen består av 18 byggnader i 13 olika logistikparker i Spanien, Italien, Portugal, Tyskland, Österrike, Tjeckien och Slovakien. Den totala uthyrningsbara ytan uppgår till 424 000 kvadratmeter och portföljen är uthyrd till 97%. Transaktionen förväntas slutföras i december.
