    Areim acquires the office asset Städet 9, also known as Grönstedtska Palatset, on Sankt Eriksgatan in Hagastaden, Stockholm. The property, which was built in 1923, consists of 28,000 square metres of lettable area, renowned as the former headquarters of Vin & Sprit.
