Areim has divested a light industrial portfolio comprising ten properties with a total lettable area of approximately 28,000 sqm. The properties are situated in last-mile locations in Gothenburg, the greater Stockholm area, and Uppsala.
The properties are 94% let, with an average remaining lease term of 8.4 years. Tenants comprise a well-balanced mix of businesses located in Backa, Gothenburg;
