Transaktionen består av 18 byggnader i 13 olika logistikparker i Spanien, Italien, Portugal, Tyskland, Österrike, Tjeckien och Slovakien. Den totala uthyrningsbara ytan uppgår till 424 000 kvadratmeter och portföljen är uthyrd till 97%. Transaktionen förväntas slutföras i december.
