Three rewarding days at Hi Europe

Existing customers and many new contacts found their way to the Arla Foods Ingredients stand at the Health Ingredients Europe 2008 exhibition in Paris from November 4-6.

For food industry professionals, the three days provided a great opportunity to catch up with the latest developments from health ingredient suppliers - such as Arla Foods Ingredients’ milk protein fractions with a documented role in cognitive performance and development.

“Hi Europe is an ideal tool for reaching customers who focus on healthy products,” says Anders Steen Jørgensen, nutrition business area manager at Arla Foods Ingredients. “Many new contacts are made and a lot of ground covered with existing customers in an efficient, time-saving way because of the less formal nature of the meetings compared to regular customer visits.”

European sales director for nutritional ingredients, Vincent Goulois adds: “It is of great value to work with such a homogeneous and focused group of visitors. Though the applications and companies differ, everybody is present with the purpose of finding the healthy ingredient that can differentiate a retail product from its competitors.”

Hi Europe is held every two years. Next time will be in 2010 from November 16-18 in Madrid.
