With the brand's own claim to innovative, timeless designs and responsible standards for people and the earth, ARMEDANGELS launches its new knitwear collection in October 2022. Especially this winter, it is the right choice against the cold and high energy consumption. The new knitwear styles are made from high-quality yarns that combine unique blends of recycled, certified and partially traceable fibers. ARMEDANGELS proves once again how timeless and long-lasting styles can be created from old garments and production waste. Always driven to keep valuable resources in the loop for as long as possible by using recycled materials, ARMEDANGELS uses new and recycled resources from pre- and post-consumer waste to create timeless and long-lasting styles with the ultimate in comfort and timelessness: pure coziness.
WARM YOURSELF, NOT THE WORLD
The new ARMEDANGELS knitwear is not only made of certified recycled organic wool from pre- and post-consumer waste, it also fulfills an important environmental effect: The warm wool withstands icy winter temperatures and warms us in a traditional, old-fashioned way without overstraining our heaters. For this, according to the mix and match principle, any style combinations work as layers and give us the ultimate comfy look and feel.
Current circumstances make us think about consuming more sustainably and economically, focusing on the essentials and rethinking daily habits. The Knitwear collection comes in iconic, purist designs with maximum attention to quality and durability. Timeless designs are infused with bold patterns and ARMEDANGELS' popular visual language: Chunky knits meet edgy silhouettes, exciting yarn combinations are found in traditional Norwegian patterns. Modern, purist silhouettes with high collars are combined with urban zippers, casual oversized cuts give us the ultimate in coziness and flexibility for an individual layered look. The finish is taken over by bold color combinations and unique branding elements. Cozy accessories like beanies and headbands complete the comfy winter look. They are made of 40% recycled wool (pre- and post-consumer waste) from Italy, 40% traceable GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) organic wool from Patagonia and 20% recycled polyamide from Italy. This is maximum coziness with minimized ecological impact.
