DYED BY NATURE – Gentle on you and our planet
Conventional dyeing is dirty! As an ecologically optimized counterpart, ARMEDANGELS presents DYED BY NATURE and goes with the Capsule Collection a step further in the direction of natural dyeing process. The innovative, bio-synthetic dyes Earthcolors® by Archroma are based on plant and herbal waste such as beet ("Natural Rose"), almond kernels ("Natural Charcoal"), rosemary ("Natural Sand") as well as saw palmetto ("Natural Khaki") and are therefore much safer for the environment:
Fewer residues of hazardous dyes end up in the wastewater, the dyeing process requires much less energy and water than conventional methods, and the dyes are toxicologically safe as well as GOTS tested. Upcycling waste from other industries is an important step towards a circular economy - for a healthy planet.
Every piece is unique
The natural dyes vary and may change over time. So, every style of the ARMEDANGELS DYED BY NATURE collection is unique. The women's key styles include all-over looks in "Natural Rose" consisting of a T-shirt (ALBAA DYED BY NATURE), sweatshirt (RIKAA DYED BY NATURE), and shorts (BINAA DYED BY NATURE). Part of the DYED BY NATURE men collection are oversized T-shirts like AANTONIO in the color natural charcoal, or the sweatshirt NIAAS, which also work in combination with shorts from the current summer collection. The ARMEDANGELS DYED BY NATURE Capsule Collection makes a statement for sustainable consumption. The styles will be available from May 28, 2020.

ABOUT ARMEDANGELS
Since 2007 the Cologne label ARMEDANGELS has been proving that fashion can also be done differently: ECO & FAIR. No wage slavery, no chemical madness, no cheap mass goods. From the simple idea of printing on T-shirts and collecting donations for charity projects through sales, a company has grown that today is one of the largest ECO & FAIR fashion labels in Europe. With a 90-person team and four collections a year, ARMEDANGELS shows that sustainability and good product design are not mutually exclusive.
