RAAAWWWWW WWWWW - RÅ Denim by ARMEDANGELS

With the launch of their first jeans in 2015 ARMEDANGELS challenged the fast fashion industry. For the first time we got to see the real price tag of a pair of jeans: the 'normal' price of ecological materials (think: organic cotton), but also of fair working conditions. Meanwhile, the German clothing brand continued to innovate and make their jeans collection more sustainable. We saw the colourless Undyed collection and the Dyed by Nature denim, which uses natural dyes.

2022. The year of real progress. ARMEDANGELS has also understood this with the launch of their RÅ Denim collection. A jeans collection with the smallest ecological footprint to date. And the style? It goes back to the roots of denim. A rough look, ideal to combine with a soft cotton t-shirt or woolen jumper.

Jeans: the timeless garment we all have in our wardrobe. But anyone who tries to live more consciously knows that jeans also come with a hefty ecological price tag. To make a pair of jeans, an average of 8,000 litres of water is used and often about two kilos of chemicals that give the jeans a washed-out look.

With RÅ Denim, ARMEDANGELS goes one step further and completely omits the otherwise very extensive washing process and chemicals used during production. By using organic cotton - GOTS certified - there is a sustainable management of waste water and no toxic chemicals are used in the production of cotton. A win for the environment and your health, that makes every conscious shopper happy.

BACK TO THE BEAUTY OF RAW DENIM

With the new RÅ Denim collection you score head-to-toe denim looks, clean and timeless with a nod to the original, robust denim workwear from the United States. The collection consists of shirts, trousers, jackets, accessories and, for the first time, some unisex products. With the RÅ Denim collection you can create a new jeans look every day that you can combine both casually and dressed up.

The prices of the RÅ Denim collection are between € 39.90 and € 159.90 and the collection will be available online from 1 February at armedangels.com. You can also find the collection physically in shops like Supergoods, HOST, Juttu, MOOSE in the City and Paplou, among others.
