New USB-A / USB-C to RJ45 cables from Digitus offer speed and stability
With the increasing demand for stable, fast and flexible USB connectivity, Digitus, the Assmann Group brand, is expanding its portfolio with a new sophisticated product solution: The new USB-A / USB-C to RJ45 cables enable a direct network connection for USB end devices without additional adapters. Whether for video conferencing, home office, gaming, live streaming or data backup - the new Ethernet cables provide a reliable high-speed connection for all USB end devices.
The USB-A / USB-C to RJ45 cables offer a simple and stable solution for the direct connection of USB end devices to an Ethernet network - without driver installation or external adapters. They are particularly suitable for modern laptops without an Ethernet connection if a fast and stable network connection is required that cannot be established via WLAN. With support for USB 3.2 Gen 1, the cables achieve data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s. Thanks to the CAT 6A standard, they enable network speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s. They also support modern network functions such as Wake-On-LAN and RealWOW!, which enable computers to be woken up from energy-saving mode via the Internet. This is particularly advantageous for IT-supported remote administration. The energy-efficient technology in accordance with IEEE 802.3az helps to reduce power consumption, while the LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket provides additional security in environments such as offices or educational institutions. The Ethernet cables are ideal for use in everyday office situations, for video calls or hybrid meetings, in the home office and for data backup - as well as for content creators, live streamers or gamers who rely on low latency and a stable connection.
