COREnext Showcases Secure and Trustworthy Hardware Innovations at EuCNC & 6G Summit 2025
Poznań, Poland, 3–6 June 2025 - The COREnext project is pleased to announce that it will be participating at the EuCNC & 6G Summit 2025 on 3–6 June in Poznań, Poland. In one of the major European telecommunications conferences, COREnext will present six demonstrations which reflect its work on building secure and reliable communication platforms for the future generation of networked systems.
The EuCNC & 6G Summit, supported by the European Commission and IEEE Communications Society, is a platform for researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to meet and discuss 5G development and the future of 6G technologies. We are inviting all conference participants to our Demonstration Tours where interactive presentations of the COREnext solutions will be explained:
>Eavesdropper Avoidance
Sub-THz Demonstrator with real-time beam-steering capability to enhance communication security. Visitors can interact easily with the system to learn how targeted transmission reduces exposure to eavesdropping.
>High datarate interconnects over plastic fiber
The demonstration showcases a high-speed data link using polymer microwave fibres (PMF) in the H-Band, featuring an integrated PMF coupler to validate the concept of communication at high frequencies.
>Radio Identification
The demo is an exhibit of AI usage to identify individual radio devices from transmitter-level imperfections. Tourists will see how machine learning can distinguish between valid and invalid radios even when identical chipsets are used.
>Digital Processing with M³
Showing the M³ platform, this demo demonstrates how hardware isolation with security can protect heterogeneous systems from both internal threats and external threats, allowing for more secure digital architectures.
>Secure Acceleration
A showcase of secure hardware acceleration on an FPGA board that supports multi-tenant installations. Visitors will observe how cryptographic building blocks and key exchange protocols support privacy-preserving processing of confidential data, e.g., in healthcare.
>Trust Evaluation and IoT Management demo
The demo highlights how the Trust Manager evaluates IoT devices in real time, assigning tasks based on trust scores and resource availability to ensure reliable, efficient operation.
Each demonstration is supported by COREnext experts, giving insights into the ways hardware-level innovation finds itself at the centre of the establishment of robust and independent digital infrastructure in Europe.
