The board of Axel Johnson has decided that Caroline Berg will continue as permanent CEO of the company after having served as interim CEO since November 2024. At the same time, Marie Ehrling, who has been vice chair of the board since 2015, will take over the role of chair of the board.

Sara Öhrvall will start after the summer as the new COO and member of group management at Axel Johnson. She is expected to take over after the summer. She comes most recently from SEB, where she is currently Chief Transformation Officer.
Jonas Samuelson, President and CEO of Electrolux, has today been named to Axel Johnson's Board of Directors. Jonas has been with Electrolux since 2008 and is President and CEO since 2016.
