Bank Norwegian Awarded as Best Free Credit Card in German Test

Bank Norwegian has been present in Germany with our loans, saving accounts and credit cards since November 2021. After approximately half a year in the market, Bank Norwegian was awarded the best free credit card.

Here are some of our colleagues working with the German market, Philipp G. Gleichert, Shoba Poonkulali, Melanie Grashoff and Tanja Dolaschinski. They are incredibly happy about the award.

The German Institute for Service Quality, financial advisory FMH and NTV presented the Finance Award 2022. 35 top companies in the financial sector secured the prestigious award, which is presented annually. 2022 marks the 10-year anniversary for the awards.

The best companies were also subjected to a comprehensive service test by DISQ. This was based on undercover telephone consultations and e-mail inquiries (mystery tests) as well as analyses of the providers' online service. Markus Hamer, Managing Director of the German Institute for Service Quality, adds: "In addition to high-performance products, the 35 winners of the Finance Award are also distinguished by above-average service." The evaluation included around 2,650 condition records and over 1250 service contacts.
