Successful merger

We are happy to share that the merger between Nordax Bank AB (publ) and Bank Norwegian ASA has been completed. As of today, our two banks are now one entity and Bank Norwegian is a branch of Nordax Bank. The merger will not impact our services and products and Bank Norwegians’ customers will still know the bank’s products and brand as “Bank Norwegian”.

Together we will be a clear market leader- delivering continued growth and sustainable value to our customers and society. Together we have more than 2 million customers and 600 employees.
