Gustav Melin strengthens BKtech
We welcome Gustav Melin, today CEO at Svebio, to BK Tech Group AB.
”- We are happy that Gustav will, as of August 1st 2023, be part of BKtech. Gustav is probably the person in the bioenergy industry with both the longest experience and the highest knowledge in several important areas that we will greatly benefit from in our continued growth journey”, says Jimmy Rylander, CEO BK Tech Group AB.
During the autumn of 2022, BKtech has continued its ambitious development by opening sales offices in Germany and France and has at the same time sold bioenergy projects in Denmark, Croatia as well as in Switzerland. During 2023, our international expansion continues. Gustav with his wide network of contacts and his knowledge of the international arena will be a great asset to BKtech.
”- That Gustav joins BKtech is proof that the work to modernize BKtech’s brand, together with the fact that we are clear about our ambitions, attracts people from different places in the industry. It is a statement of strength for BKtech and Gustav will be an important driver in the work going forward”, says Magnus Eklund, Head of Sales & Marketing, BK Tech Group AB.
”- I’m looking forward to engage in BKtech to expand the company and increase the use of bioenergy in Europe and globally. BKtech has a range of competitive applications to replace natural gas, oil and coal in industry and energy companies. I am convinced we can really make a change”, says Gustav Melin.
Gustav has a MSc in Agriculture from the Swedish University of Agriculture and is currently CEO of Svebio (the Swedish Bioenergy Association), where he has worked as CEO since 2008. Gustav has also been President of Bioenergy Europe.
