Press release -

Welcome Lars Andersson – Our New Sales Representative in the DACH Region

BK Tech Group is strengthening its presence in Central Europe. As of this spring, Lars Andersson is BKtech’s new Sales Representative for the DACH region, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Lars is based in Zürich, within close reach of BK Tech Group’s ongoing 2×15 MW energy project in Basel, and brings experience from Hitachi Energy Systems, with a focus on industrial energy solutions.

The DACH countries – Germany, Austria, and Switzerland – show strong potential for bioenergy systems. The need to convert industrial steam and district heating from fossil fuels to renewable alternatives is growing quickly. Lars comments:

I’m looking forward to building on BKtech’s strong position in Europe. It was a great start to join the company just as we received the CFIA award.

Rapidly Increasing Demand

BKtech’s modular Energy Centers are already in operation across Europe, providing green steam to industries such as food and beverage, corrugated packaging, and district heating. In the DACH region, demand is increasing rapidly as more companies seek to reduce emissions and future-proof their operations. Lars highlights the team effort to make this possible:

There’s a clear need for alternatives to fossil steam in this region. My role is to help companies make that shift in a safe, cost-effective way – with the support of BKtech’s team in Sweden and across Europe. And rest assured, you can reach out to me in German, English or Swedish – whichever you prefer.

Let’s Talk Steam

We’re thrilled to have Lars onboard and look forward to expanding our footprint in the DACH region. If you’re curious about how your business could benefit from BKtech’s solutions – don’t hesitate to get in touch.
