Press release -

Important information for all press

First of all: we are looking very much forward to welcome you to BLAST Pro Series this weekend.

We are very pleased about the overwhelming overwhelming interest in covering BLAST. It means that we Saturday will be hosting more than 120 journalists from at least 14 countries. Royal Arena is in the first place not build for this kind of events, but with help from the arena we will do our absolutely best to create a great experience for everyone.

Therefore many people will be present in the press area, and it is important that only people with specific needs to produce content is staying in the area - and of course that everyone is contributing constructively.

NOTE: We need to know which frequencies you are using, if you are using wireless equipment, fx wireless microphones. PLEASE SEND THIS INFORMATION TO MORTEN KJELDSEN: mbk@nordic.dk

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

To ensure that each media has the same opportunities all interviews take place in the mixed zone, where all players will pass after ended matches. Please note that we are on a tight schedule and depending upon the length of the matches, there might not be time for comments.

PHOTOS:
It is only allowed to take photos near the stage in the marked areas.

Please do not enter the stage or the stairs, as there are many different show elements (including pyro) during the event. Please do use the seats in the photo area, and do only stand very shortly.

IMPORTANT: Video/photos from the arena outside the press area NEED to be done in the designated and marked photo areas in the back of the arena. This is important because we do have obligations towards the rightholders and the paying audience. Single pictures can be taken in the general arena but more than that needs to be done in the marked areas on the floor.

INTERVIEWS WITH FANS/AUDIENCES
All interviews with fans/audiences should be done in the foyer outside the Arena. There will be more than 30 video teams and we can not allow any “stand ups” without prior appointment.

PRESS AREA IN THE VIP LOUNGE.
We have expanded the number of press people in the the media area in The Absolut Lounge, but we still hope that you only will use it when you need a quiet area to work in. At moment we have room for 30 people.
