GARDEN PARTY - Lets life flourish inside and out!
The latest collection from Boråstapeter is a tribute to life outdoors, the summer season and everything that goes with it. Garden Party combines delicate floral patterns and watercolour effects with a slightly nostalgic touch.
A vintage herbarium from a time when our grandmothers were young inspired the designers when creating the new collection. The botanical theme is consistent throughout and the designs are reminiscent of the playfulness associated with the rural 1950’s. Watercolour effects are combined with hot pink, pear green, dreamy peach and warm grey.
- We wanted to find patterns that bring the greenery into the rooms and remind us of the simple pleasures of outdoor life but with a nostalgic twist, says Hanna Wendelbo-Hansson, head designer at Boråstapeter.
All of the prints in the collection are meant to serve as an inspiration to a more playful and relaxed decorating style at home.
Garden Party is available in stores from June 19. The collection features 30 prints, 3 digital designs and 16 textured Mineral plains.
