GRACEFUL LIVING - A modern take on classic from Boråstapeter
In the new wallpaper collection Graceful Living from Boråstapeter, inspiration comes from the magnificent glamour known from Downtown Abbey and The Great Gatsby. The result is a collection of wallpapers with classic elegance, where the familiarity of the past creates a more stylish present.
Graceful Living is a wide collection of wallpapers characterised by sophisticated patterns, while at the same time creating a relaxed and pleasant feeling in the room. Here you find everything from patterns with birds and flowers with a tangible textile feel to overlapping stripes.
– We haven’t lost ourselves in nostalgia, explains Madeleine Sidemo, designer of the collection at Boråstapeter. On the contrary, we’ve allowed ourselves to get inspired by the possibilities in the current trend, where you blend in the best from the past to give our modern homes an even more beautiful and stylish expression.
With interior decoration details such as brass candlesticks and pillows in silk, velvet or fur it should be easy to quickly create a home environment characterised by the relaxing safety found in today’s popular contrast between old and new.
The Graceful Living collection will be in shops from February 18 2014. The collection features 30 wallpapers, 9 Plain, 1 Mineral and 4 Metallic.
