Hip Rose - A beloved pattern in new colour settings

When Boråstapeter launched the Everyday Moments collection in autumn 2019, the Hip Rose pattern in ochre yellow and dark blue was hugely popular. There has since been great demand for the pattern to be produced in new colour settings, which led Boråstapeter to create three new colours this spring. We are now proud to present the wallpaper series, Hip Rose Special Edition.

Hip Rose is a pattern that was originally designed in the 1920s. Its small floral pattern is available in two original colour schemes, ochre yellow and dark blue. A lovely, traditional wallpaper, it is ideal for creating a cosy home.

We have given the pleasantly floral wallpaper Hip Rose, taken from our archive, renewed life with its three new colour settings. Three vintage wallpapers for those who want to enhance their home with a welcoming and energizing green, a light neutral poetry or warm pink that is happy, sensual and romantic” says Ulrica Hurtig, Senior Designer, Boråstapeter.

Hip Rose is available in three new colours. One green, one pink and one warm grey. You will find Hip Rose in stores from the end of May. The wallpapers are manufactured in Boråstapeter’s own factory in the textile city of Borås, where sustainability is the focus. Production is entirely without dangerous substances and with the least possible environmental impact. All the colours used are water based and the material comes from sustainable forestry in Northern Europe.
