Burckhardt Compression announces leadership change in Services Division

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR of January 12, 2026

Martin Zingg appointed as new President of Services Division, effective April 1, 2026

Winterthur, Switzerland, January 12, 2026 — Burckhardt Compression announces a leadership change in its Services Division (SERV). Rainer Duebi, currently President of the SERV Division, will step down from his current position. He will remain with Burckhardt Compression in a new function that will be communicated at a later stage.

Effective April 1, 2026, Martin Zingg will assume the position of President of the Services Division and become a member of the Executive Management.

Martin Zingg brings over two decades of international leadership experience in industrial services and energy solutions. Most recently he was President & Group CEO at Leister, an international technology company, headquartered in Central Switzerland. Earlier in his career, Martin held senior leadership roles at GE Power and Alstom, managing global service businesses for gas turbines with full P&L responsibility and 10 years of international leadership assignments. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL and completed his Master Thesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
