CabinAir receives Volvo Cars Quality Excellence Award

CabinAir has been honored with the Volvo Cars Quality Excellence (VQE) Award 2022 for its Advanced Air Cleaner (AAC) product. CabinAir was founded in 2016 and started mass production of AAC in 2019 to supply Volvo Cars. Out of a total of 600 potential candidates, CabinAir was one of 11 suppliers and one of the smallest and youngest Tier 1 companies in history to receive the award.

“Being awarded with Volvo Cars Quality Excellence Award is one of the most important milestones of the history of CabinAir. 100% delivery performance and single ppm failure rate is the proof of fantastic teamwork. Especially considering all the supplier chain issues in 2022 due to the pandemic”, says Daniel Hagström, CabinAir CEO and co-founder.

The award ceremony was held Friday10th February at the Volvo Supplier Convention in Sanya, China.
