Stand out and stand together!

The UN has declared today as Zero Discrimination Day – an opportunity to celebrate everyone’s right to live a full and productive life with dignity — no matter what they look like, where they come from, or who they love.

Is this really possible?

Can we really have zero discrimination in the world?

Yes, I believe that we can – although sadly, it is probably some way off.

However, I am so proud to work in an organization where our strength and success is built from a diverse global workforce which celebrates everyone’s differences.

So let us all, together, put an end to discrimination, and celebrate diversity, tolerance, and inclusion.

But not just for today, for tomorrow, the next day, and every day.
