A Cavotec automated mooring unit at Port of Salalah

Cavotec's MoorMaster™ is a vacuum-based mooring technology that eliminates the need for conventional mooring lines. Remote controlled vacuum pads recessed in, or mounted on the quayside, moor and release vessels in seconds. In addition to improved safety and productivity, the technology also delivers infrastructure savings in many applications, and improved environmental performance.
