Cemvision and Mannok sign a strategic partnership to accelerate the decarbonization of cement

Cemvision and Mannok (part of Çimsa Group) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic partnership with the ambition to accelerate the decarbonization of the cement industry through the deployment of near-zero carbon cement technologies.

The partnership brings together Cemvision's next-generation cement technology platform, Re-ment, with the global industrial footprint of Çimsa Group. A central focus of the collaboration is the commercial rollout of Re-mentMassive, Cemvision’s go-to-market product for large-scale construction.

The companies will work towards a multi-year commercial offtake agreement as a cornerstone of Cemvision's commercial scale-up, enabling the transition from demonstration to full industrial production. The partnership also creates a pathway into new strategic markets - including Türkiye, Spain, and Italy - through Mannok and Çimsa's established European and Mediterranean distribution network.

“Our collaboration with Mannok and the wider Cimsa Group brings together breakthrough cement technology and large-scale industrial capability. Together, we are creating the conditions required to scale Re-ment Massive into multiple geographies. This partnership is about moving from innovation to industrial impact,” says Oscar Hållén, CEO of Cemvision.

Dara O’Reilly, CEO of Mannok, Cimsa’s UK and Irish-based subsidiary, commented: “We see significant potential in combining Cemvision’s innovative technology with Mannok’s industrial capabilities and international footprint. This collaboration aligns with our ambition to drive green transformation in the cement industry.”
