Chr. Hansen showcases innovative probiotics and natural color solutions at Health Ingredients Europe 2010

Visitors at this year’s HIE trade show will be introduced to Chr. Hansen’s newest probiotic solutions and phytonutrients for the F&B and dietary supplements industries.

Chr. Hansen will bring other innovative probiotic dietary supplements products to HIE, too, e.g. the probiotic strain Lactobacillus F19^® and the newly launched anti-constipation supplement containing efficacious probiotics and beneficial fibers.

Healthy drinking yogurts

In the dairy ingredients category, Chr. Hansen will be displaying its first range of YoFlex® and probiotic nu-trish^® cultures specifically developed for drinking yogurt. “We will be sampling different drinking yogurts and visitors will have the chance to taste the incredible difference in smoothness and creaminess between existing cultures and the new ones,” says Sarita Bairoliya, Global Marketing Manager, Probiotics, Cultures & Enzymes.

“Consumers want the health benefit provided by our flagship probiotic strain BB-12^®, but this must be in combination with good taste and texture. This is exactly what the new cultures ensure”, Bairoliya explains.
