2nd Beijing International Minithlon

After the success of last year's inaugural event, Nordic Ways and Radisson Hotels & Resorts again organise an international mini-triathlon at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Beijing's Chaoyang District. It is effectively the world's shortest triathlon race, consisting of 17.5 metres of swimming in the hotel's pool, 288 metres of cycling and 42.195 metres of running (i.e. 1/1000 of a marathon run).
The event on 3 September 2011 is open for maximum 306 participants (204 male, 102 female) of above 18 years of age, so it is strongly recommended to register quickly. The official programme starts at noon and qualifying races begin at 13.00. The grand final between the six fastest men and women is scheduled for 19.10, after which the Minithlon will be concluded with a big BBQ Party.
