  • Camilla Jerre appointed General Manager at Moxy Copenhagen

    Core Hospitality has appointed Swedish Camilla Jerre to lead the launch of the new 226 bedroomed Moxy Copenhagen, Marriott’s lifestyle hotel brand. As the hotel’s Captain, the brand’s twist on the General Manager position, Camilla will be introducing Copenhagen to the Moxy brand. The hotel is due to open in the Sydhavnen district in March 2019.

    Just one year after being established, Core Hospitality has become a strong player on the Danish hotel scene. Two hotels are in operation, another to have been confirmed, and more projects are underway. The potential of the white label management company is big, and the organization is preparing for further growth in 2019.

  • Experienced profile becomes GM at large hotel in Copenhagen

    New profile has been appointed General Manager at Quality Airport Hotel Dan in Copenhagen. The operations of the 240-room hotel were taken over by Core Hospitality on May 1st. The experienced Sanne Færgsted has been hired as General Manager of the property. Meanwhile, a new Revenue Manager has also been hired to Core Hospitality, who will primarily focus on the hotel in Copenhagen.

  • Core Hospitality is taking over operations at Quality Airport Hotel Dan in Copenhagen

    On May 1st, 2018, Core Hospitality is adding yet another hotel to its portfolio when it takes over the operations of Quality Airport Hotel Dan in Copenhagen. Core Hospitality has signed a lease agreement with the Scandinavian hotel property investor, Midstar, who owns the hotel. The company is looking very much forward to operating the airport hotel in Kastrup, Copenhagen.

  • Moxy Hotels breaks ground in Copenhagen

    Denmark has known for a while that it would be home to the world's largest hotel group's new, youthful boutique brand, Moxy Hotels. The project has now broken ground in Copenhagen where the large 228-room hotel will be operated by Danish franchisee, Core Hospitality. The hotel is expected to open in March 2019.

  • Moxy Hotels to bring style and spirit to Bergen

    In 2020, Moxy Hotels is opening its doors to its bold and playful brand in Bergen, the second property in Norway. After the successful opening of Moxy Oslo X, the funky hotel is ready to expand further by launching a 190 property on the harbor front in Bergen. The hotel is expected to open in May 2020.

  • New charismatic Sales Manager to Core Hospitality

    Core Hospitality strengthens its organization with a new Sales Manager. As of February 1st, Kasper Vorstrup has been held the newly established position as a Sales Manager at Core Hospitality. Kasper will help grow the operating company as his primary task will be to speak with new and potential customers.

  • Future of famous Danish hotel secured

    After a month of uncertainty among the staff at Hotel Marina in Vedbæk, north of Copenhagen, they can now breathe a sigh of relief. The operations of the 126-room large conference hotel by the Oresund coast will by January 1st, 2018 be taken over by Core Hospitality.

  • New Danish hotel operator established

    A new Danish white label hotel operator has been established for the Nordic hotel market. Core Hospitality is a sister company to Zleep Hotels, but contrary to the hotel chain, the operating company is independent of brands, ensuring that it can run everything from hostels to full-service hotels.
