Die Auszeichnung „Best Practices Recommendations“ („BPR“) – Gold für den Geschäftsbericht 2023 spiegelt Aroundtowns starkes Engagement für höchste Transparenzstandards im Reporting wider. Die BPR-Richtlinien werden von der European Real Estate Association („EPRA“) festgelegt und umfassen eine Reihe alternativer Leistungskennzahlen (APMs), die sich kontinuierlich an die Entwicklungen der Märkte anpassen. Sie zielen darauf ab, die Finanzberichte börsennotierter Immobilienunternehmen für Investoren klarer zu gestalten und die Berichterstattung europaweit vergleichbar zu machen. Die Auszeichnung „Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations“ („sBPR“) – Gold würdigt die hohen Standards von Aroundtown im ESG-Reporting. Die sBPR-Richtlinien verfolgen ähnliche Ziele wie die BPR-Richtlinien, konzentrieren sich jedoch auf ESG-bezogene Daten anstelle von Finanzberichten. This again demonstrates Aroundtown's strong commitment to the highest level of transparency in financial and ESG reporting. The EPRA Gold award is the highest level of reporting standards in the real estate sector.

The Best Practices Recommendations (“BPR”) - Gold Award for its 2023 annual financial report reflects Aroundtown's strong commitment to the highest standards of transparency in reporting. The BPR guidelines are set by the European Real Estate Association (“EPRA”) and comprise a set of Alternative Performance Measures (APMs) which are continuously evolving with changes in markets and focus on providing a higher level of clarity on the financial statements of public real estate companies for investors and make the disclosures comparable across Europe. This enhances transparency and coherence in the sector as a whole.

The Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations (“sBPR”) - Gold Award is an acknowledgment of Aroundtown’s high standards in ESG reporting. The sBPR guidelines have similar goals as the BPR guidelines, but instead of financial statements these focus on ESG linked data. Aroundtown is strongly committed to promoting sustainability and corporate responsibility in the real estate sector and clear reporting plays a significant part. The Gold award underlines this commitment once again. In addition to its EPRA sBPR report, Aroundtown publishes a full non-financial report, which includes further comprehensive information on its ESG related activities, as well as sustainability insights, which provide detailed information on individual ESG related topics.
