Full occupancy at Daltonlaan 300 in Utrecht: Aroundtown leases over 8,700 sqm of office space to FNV
Aroundtown has signed a new lease agreement for 8,727 sqm of office space at Dalton Office Park in Utrecht, bringing Daltonlaan 300 to full occupancy. The new tenant is FNV (Federatie Nederlandse Vakbeweging), the largest trade union in the Netherlands. Aroundtown is planning a comprehensive refurbishment of the building at Daltonlaan 300 to improve its energy efficiency to an A+++ energy label.

Aroundtown successfully converted former office building Coolse Poort at Coolsingel 139 in Rotterdam partially into serviced apartments. The property was fully renovated and technically upgraded, ensuring it supports a long-term value creation strategy. New long-term leases totaling approximately 16,800 sqm have been signed with several new tenants, including Numa, Workspot and SportCity.

De Entrée II in Amsterdam: Aroundtown leases approximately 1,000 sqm of office space
Aroundtown, one of Europe's largest listed real estate companies, has signed a new lease for the De Entrée II office building in south-east Amsterdam. Independent engineering and consulting firm Van Rossum Ingenieurs has leased approximately 1,000 sqm of office space in the multi-tenant building at De Entree 230-266, 1101 EE Amsterdam.
