Aroundtown has once again delivered an outstanding performance in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), marking its third consecutive year of inclusion in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index. This achievement places Aroundtown among the top 4% of real estate companies (including real estate investment trusts) on a global scale.
These results reaffirm Aroundtown's dedication to sustainability and its leadership in advancing ESG standards within the real estate sector. The S&P Global CSA, recognized as one of the most comprehensive ESG assessments, evolves annually by integrating the latest best practices in sustainability reporting and engaging with stakeholders and investors. This dynamic approach makes the CSA both a benchmark for annual performance and a strategic guide for continuous improvement and priority setting. Aroundtown’s ability to navigate these requirements underscores its adaptability and commitment to maintaining its leadership position in sustainability.
Sustainability leadership recognized through global ESG rankings
In addition to being a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Europe, Aroundtown is included in other prestigious ESG indices, for example the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index. Furthermore, the company has been recognized with the EPRA BPR Gold Award for the eighth time and the EPRA sBPR Gold Award for the seventh consecutive year, underscoring its commitment to transparency and excellence in sustainability reporting.
