Aroundtown vermietet vier Hotels in deutschen Metropolregionen an PRISM

Unter den Marken Sunday Hotels und Belvilla übernimmt PRISM den Betrieb von Aroundtown-Hotelimmobilien in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Neu-Isenburg, Dortmund und Offenburg.

Vier Hotelimmobilien aus dem Aroundtown-Portfolio in West- und Südwestdeutschland wurden an die technologieorientierte Plattform PRISM vermietet. Unter den Marken Sunday Hotels und Belvilla betreibt PRISM fortan das Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord mit 190 Zimmern, das Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg mit 163 Zimmern, das Sunday Hotel Dortmund City mit 82 Zimmern sowie das Offenburg City Hotel by Belvilla mit 79 Zimmern.

PRISM ist bereits Mieter weiterer Hotelimmobilien von Aroundtown, unter anderem von drei Resorthotels in beliebten touristischen Ferienregionen Norddeutschlands.

Das Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf besticht insbesondere durch seine verkehrsgünstige Lage mit einer schnellen Anbindung zum Flughafen, zur Messe sowie in die Innenstadt und ist damit sowohl für Geschäftsreisen als auch private Aufenthalte attraktiv. Konferenzräume, ruhig gelegene Zimmer und eine komfortable Ausstattung inklusive hauseigener Tiefgarage runden das Angebot ab. Eine ebenso zentrale Anbindung bietet das Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg: Vor den Toren der internationalen Metropole verbindet das Hotel seine ruhige Lage am Waldrand mit der Nähe zum Flughafen und zum Frankfurter Messegelände, welches zu den wichtigsten Messestandorten weltweit zählt. Aroundtown leases four hotels in major German metropolitan regions to PRISM

Under the Sunday Hotels and Belvilla brands, PRISM will operate Aroundtown hotel properties in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Neu-Isenburg, Dortmund, and Offenburg.

Four hotel properties from Aroundtown’s portfolio in western and southwestern Germany are let to the technology-driven platform PRISM. Under the Sunday Hotels and Belvilla brands, PRISM will now operate the 190-room Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, the 163-room Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg, the 82-room Sunday Hotel Dortmund City, and the 79-room Offenburg City Hotel by Belvilla.

PRISM is already a tenant for several Aroundtown hotel properties, including three resort hotels in popular holiday destinations in northern Germany.

The Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf stands out particularly for its excellent transport connections, offering quick access to the airport, exhibition center, and city center, making it attractive for both business and leisure travelers. Conference facilities, quiet guest rooms, and convenient amenities including an underground parking garage further enhance the guest experience.

The Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg likewise benefits from a highly convenient location. Situated on the edge of the forest just outside the international metropolis of Frankfurt, the hotel combines a peaceful setting with proximity to the airport and Frankfurt’s exhibition grounds, one of the world’s leading trade fair destinations.
