Digitale Brücken bauen: Aroundtown Foundation unterstützt Off Road Kids im Projekt Sofahopper

Die Aroundtown Foundation hilft der Off Road Kids Foundation, den dringenden Bedarf an digitaler Beratung für junge Menschen, die von zu Hause weggelaufen sind oder vertrieben wurden, zu decken. Die Unterstützung fließt in die Digitalisierung des Beratungsangebots. Angesichts der seit der Corona-Pandemie stark gestiegenen Anfragen - monatlich erreichen die Stiftung mehr als 500 Hilferufe von Jugendlichen - ist diese Unterstützung für die Off Road Kids Stiftung, die bundesweit die einzige Organisation ihrer Art ist, von entscheidender Bedeutung.

Die Off Road Kids Stiftung widmet sich der Prävention von Jugendobdachlosigkeit in Deutschland. Die Organisation bietet wichtige Hilfen an, bevor Jugendliche auf der Straße landen. Seit dem Ausbruch der Corona-Pandemie hat sich die Situation vieler Familien verschlechtert, was zu einer Zunahme von Obdachlosigkeit bei Jugendlichen geführt hat. Die Stiftung arbeitet intensiv daran, diesen jungen Menschen nicht nur Unterkunft und Verpflegung, sondern auch professionelle Beratung und Unterstützung zu bieten, um ihnen eine bessere Zukunft zu ermöglichen.

Building digital bridges: Aroundtown Foundation supports Off Road Kids in the Sofahopper project

The Aroundtown Foundation is helping the Off Road Kids Foundation to meet the urgent need for digital counseling for young people who have run away from home or been displaced. The support goes towards digitizing the counselling service. In view of the sharp increase in inquiries since the coronavirus pandemic - the foundation receives more than 500 calls for help from young people every month - this support is crucial for the Off Road Kids Foundation, which is the only organization of its kind in Germany.

The Off Road Kids Foundation is dedicated to the prevention of youth homelessness in Germany. The organization offers important help before young people end up on the streets. Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the situation of many families has worsened, leading to an increase in homelessness among young people. The foundation is working hard to provide these young people not only with accommodation and food, but also with professional advice and support to give them a better future.
