Schillerpark Center: Aroundtown erreicht langfristige Vollvermietung

Mit einem innovativem Nutzungskonzept wird der Kiez in Berlin-Wedding sportlich aufgewertet

Aroundtown, einer der führenden börsennotierten Immobilienkonzerne in Europa, setzt die erfolgreiche Revitalisierung des Schillerpark Centers in der Müllerstraße 46 in Berlin-Wedding fort. Nach dem Einzug von SPITFIRE Gym, dem größten Kampfsport Gym Europas, auf über 3.600 m² und eines Ping Pong Parks im September 2024 kann Aroundtown nun die Vollvermietung bekanntgeben. Noch in diesen Sommer wird urban apes mit einer professionellen Boulder Halle auf 1.650 m² einziehen und die nächsten 15 Jahre Kletterfans ein Zuhause geben. Des Weiteren wurden langfristige Mietverträge mit der Fitnessstudiokette FitX (2.500 m²) und dem Drogeriemarkt Rossmann (1.000 m²) unterzeichnet. Darüber hinaus wird der bestehenden Bowlingbahn, inklusive Billard, Kicker, Dart und Gastronomie, mit einer Fläche von 4.450 m² durch den neuen Betreiber BOB’s Rock & Bowl ein neues Leben eingehaucht.

Mit der neuen Mieterstruktur revitalisierte Aroundtown das Schillerpark Center zentral gelegen in Berlin-Wedding zu einem Sport- und Freizeitzentrum für den gesamten Kiez und darüber hinaus.

Das Schillerpark Center befindet sich in zentraler Lage direkt an der Hauptverkehrs- und Einkaufsstraße Müllerstraße Ecke Seestraße in Berlin-Wedding. Schillerpark Center: Aroundtown achieves long-term full occupancy.
With an innovative usage concept, the neighborhood in Berlin-Wedding is being enhanced through sports.

Aroundtown, one of Europe’s leading publicly listed real estate companies, continues the successful revitalization of the Schillerpark Center at Müllerstraße 46 in Berlin-Wedding. Following the move-in of SPITFIRE Gym—Europe’s largest martial arts gym—occupying over 3,600 m², and the opening of a Ping Pong Park in September 2024, Aroundtown can now announce full occupancy.

This summer, urban apes will open a professional bouldering hall spanning 1,650 m², offering a home for climbing enthusiasts for the next 15 years. In addition, long-term lease agreements have been signed with the fitness chain FitX (2,500 m²) and the drugstore Rossmann (1,000 m²). In addition, the existing bowling alley—including billiards, table football, darts, and a restaurant—covering an area of 4,450 m², is being brought back to life by the new operator BOB’s Rock & Bowl.

With this new tenant mix, Aroundtown has transformed the centrally located Schillerpark Center in Berlin-Wedding into a sports and leisure hub for the entire neighborhood and beyond.

The Schillerpark Center is situated in a prime location at the intersection of Müllerstraße and Seestraße, a major traffic and shopping artery in Berlin-Wedding.
