Die TLG Immobilien AG, ein Tochterunternehmen von Aroundtown, hat einen langfristigen Mietvertrag über 8 Jahre mit MacGregor Germany GmbH & Co. KG, einem weltweit führenden maritimen Anbieter von Fracht- und Ladungsumschlagequipment und Dienstleistungen, über 2.000 qm abgeschlossen.

Die Fähigkeit der TLG neue Mieter zu gewinnen, ist ein Beweis für die Asset-Management-Fähigkeiten des Unternehmens und die hohe Qualität der Objekte. Aroundtown ist Hauptaktionär der TLG und hält ca. 80 % der Anteile.

Das 23.000 qm große Objekt befindet sich im Westen von Hamburg. Das Objekt in der Bertrand-Russel-Str. 3, 5 / Max-Born-Str. 2, 4, 22761 Hamburg liegt in einem der besten Geschäftsviertel Hamburgs, Altona, in der Nähe der Autobahnen A7, die Deutschland von Norden nach Süden durchquert, und der B431, die eine gute Anbindung an die Stadt, den internationalen Flughafen und das Umland bietet. Im umliegenden Gewerbegebiet befinden sich viele High-Tech-Forschungseinrichtungen, darunter das nationale Forschungszentrum DESY.

Aroundtown ist der Mehrheitsaktionär von TLG. Die Gruppe investiert in ertragsstarke Qualitätsimmobilien mit Wertschöpfungspotenzial an zentralen Standorten in europäischen Top-Städten vor allem in Deutschland und den Niederlanden. TLG Immobilien AG, an Aroundtown subsidiary, completed the signing of a long-term lease for over 8 years with MacGregor Germany GmbH & Co. KG, a maritime provider of cargo and load handling equipment, services cover over 2,000 sqm.

TLG’s ability to attract new tenants over the long-term is testament to its asset management capabilities and the strong asset quality. Aroundtown is the major shareholder of TLG and holds a stake of ca. 80% .

The 23k sqm property is located in the west of Hamburg. The property situated on Bertrand-Russel-Str 3, 5 / Max-Born-Str 2, 4, 22761 Hamburg lies in one of Hamburg’s prime business districts, Altona, close to the highways A7, which runs through Germany from North to South, and B431 providing good connectivity to the city, international airport and surrounding region. The surrounding business park includes many high-tech research facilities, including the DESY national research center.

TLG is controlled by Aroundtown SA. The Group invests in income generating quality properties that have potential for value-add in central locations mainly in Germany and the Netherlands. Avisco (controlled by Yakir Gabay) holds 10% in Aroundtown followed by Blackrock at 5%.
