Since 1984, this German-French family business has been developing and producing cold-pressed organic oils with a clear mission: the range includes more than 70 different organic oils, produced by around 160 employees and driven by the conviction that good food is a source of enjoyment, promotes good health and protects the climate. Enjoyment begins with understanding

What employees experience again and again is that many people have no idea how aromatic and healthy edible oil can be. Until they taste it. That is why the company deliberately focuses on oil expertise and personal communication. In 2025 alone, BIO PLANÈTE was present at around 750 tastings at points of sale throughout Germany – with a clear message:

A pioneering story born of conviction

The foundation for BIO PLANÈTE was laid by her father, Franz J. Moog, in 1984 with the organic farm »Domaine de la Planète« in south-western France. The idea of pressing organically grown sunflower seeds themselves led to the creation of Europe's first pure organic oil mill. Today, BIO PLANÈTE is the number one brand in German and French organic retail, operates its own online shop and is already one of the top 10 oil brands in German food retail.
