Whether as a dietary supplement for the liver, a beauty booster or a natural part of modern daily routines – the plant with its distinctive spiky leaves and purple flowers is more than just a pretty plant.
Milk thistle is an ancient cultivated plant, and its small black seeds are of particular interest to us: they contain the phytochemical complex silymarin.
Our organic BIO PLANÈTE milk thistle oil is also extracted from these seeds – gently cold-pressed and left in its natural state.
- Mild and slightly nutty in taste. Gently cold-pressed with a delicate, naturally nutty taste.
- Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E. To protect its delicate fatty acids, it should not be heated.
- For pesto, dips and cold dishes. With its mild-nutty taste, milk thistle oil sets fine accents in pesto, savoury spreads, dips, yogurt and smoothies.
