Paul Lange & Co. strengthens portfolio with acquisition of MILREMO, expert in custom clothing
Paul Lange GmbH & Co. KG, one of Europe’s leading importers and service partners in the bicycle industry, has taken over the MILREMO brand, renowned for its high-quality, customizable cycling clothing. With this step, Paul Lange GmbH & Co. KG further expands its portfolio and reaffirms its commitment to providing customers with top-tier quality and comprehensive service in the future.

MILREMO offers a wide range of individually designed cycling apparel for retailers, companies, teams, and clubs. From jerseys, shorts, and jackets to accessories – for road, MTB, and triathlon, for adults and children alike – MILREMO enables customers to create personalized equipment of outstanding quality.
Seamless transition with a focus on the future
Paul Lange & Co. has successfully distributed MILREMO in Germany since 2020 and is now securing the brand for the long term. With Stuttgart as its new headquarters, MILREMO will continue to grow – supported by a dedicated team and the brand’s long-standing designer, ensuring both continuity and creative excellence.

Continuity for customers
For both existing and new customers, nothing changes apart from the ownership: Paul Lange & Co.’s sales network, both internal and external, will continue without interruption. Sales will officially resume on October 1, 2025.
Operational responsibility for the brand will be assumed by Katharina Bandner, Custom Brand Manager at Paul Lange & Co.
