SAP Fioneer wins new long-term investor with Imker Capital Partners

Walldorf/Munich, June 15 2022 – Hasso Plattner Foundation and its affiliates (“HPF”) have sold 182,927 shares (or approximately 40% of its equity stake) in INOS 20-054 GmbH, a holding company managed by DEDIQ GmbH (DEDIQ) that owns 80% of the shares in SAP Fioneer GmbH (“SAP Fioneer”), to Imker Capital Partners (“Imker”).

SAP Fioneer delivers excellent financial service industry solutions to its customers, enabling them to run a more comprehensive and complete SAP-based platform, and simplify their IT landscapes, reduce cost and enhance their digitization efforts.

Imker is a European family office that has signed on as the first new long-term partner of SAP Fioneer, replacing a major fraction of the initial HPF investment. They are fully aligned with the existing shareholder group with regards to the growth potential and development agenda for SAP Fioneer.

HPF will continue the process of finding adequate replacements for its investment and remains committed to its obligations to SAP Fioneer.

“It has taken us some time to arrange this transaction, primarily due to the very long-term nature of the investment, but also because of the specific complexity of the carve-out”, added Matthias Tomann, responsible for the SAP Fioneer investment at DEDIQ.
