Unter seiner Mitwirkung hat sich SEW-EURODRIVE zu einem weltweit erfolgreichen und nach wie vor inhabergeführten Unternehmen entwickelt.
Jürgen Blickle, Managing Partner of SEW-EURODRIVE, will celebrate his 75th birthday on August 29, 2026. For more than five decades, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the development of the Bruchsal-based drive and automation specialist. With his leadership and involvement, SEW-EURODRIVE has grown into a globally successful company while remaining privately owned and family-run.
Effective January 20, 2027, the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU 2023/1230) will become mandatory for manufacturers, distributors, and importers in all EU member states. Am 8. Mai 2026 wurde Prof. Dr. Rik W. De Doncker mit dem ERNST-BLICKLE-PREIS 2025 ausgezeichnet. Er wird alle zwei Jahre von der SEW-EURODRIVE-Stiftung vergeben und ist – mit 100.000 Euro dotiert – eine der höchsten Auszeichnungen weltweit. Neben ihm erhielten 15 Universitäts- und Hochschulabsolvierende den Studienpreis der SEW-EURODRIVE-Stiftung. Der Studienpreis ist mit 2500 Euro dotiert.
On May 8, 2026, Prof. Dr. Rik W. De Doncker was awarded the 2025 ERNST BLICKLE AWARD. Presented every two years by the SEW-EURODRIVE Foundation, the prize is endowed with 100,000 euros, making it one of the most prestigious awards worldwide. Alongside him, 15 university and college graduates received the SEW-EURODRIVE Foundation’s Student Award. The Student Award is endowed with 2,500 euros.
